We aim to provide bespoke frameworks and tools for our clients so they can engage in better decision-making and problem-solving. Fractional executives are part of our offering. Startups can access outside help and a combination of packages for specific projects and ongoing advice. We are a team of three co-founders with different backgrounds and complementary skill sets. We have worked with big companies, to help them become more innovative and less bureaucratic, and small companies, to help them become better organised and managed without losing the spirit of innovation that propelled them to success. Our areas of expertise include banking, payments, FinTech, RegTech, DataTech, Software as a Service, Construction, Property, Education & Training, IoT, SafetyTech and Telecommunications.
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Rob is an experienced entrepreneur, having founded a business, taken it to profit and cash positive, registered a telco, introduced number of first mover innovations, built a dealer network and taken the company to exit.
His background is in engineering, computing and management science. He has worked in telecommunications, computer science, AI, and other sectors. He is an angel investor.
His areas of expertise cover strategy, investor pitches, fundraising, product management, market research, product development, MVP validation, product differentiation and scaling, sales enablement, agile teams, remote working, board governance, executive skill assessment and recruitment. Rob was educated at Cambridge and INSEAD.
